Scenario

• Ada, a business owner who is always on-the-go, has to approve the transfers initiated by her employees who need to run her business outlets. Design a solution that helps Ada approve transfers quickly and promptly.

Designing the Solution

User flow diagram

I created a user flow diagram to break down the process into discrete steps and to consider the user’s path and interactions and to have an overview of how the user will interact with all the screens from login till conclusion of their actions. The critical steps are outlined below.

Low fidelity design

I focused on sketching out my design concepts with pen and paper to explore multiple layout ideas, gather stakeholder feedback and rapidly iterate my designs.

High fidelity design

After iterating with several low fidelity sketches and wireframes to get a clear design direction and validation, I focused on creating a high-fidelity design consistent with clear colour schemes and typography to ensure user readability, intuitiveness and aesthetics.
