Problem statement

Customers need a secure and user-friendly way to block and unblock their accounts if their phone and card get stolen. The importance of addressing this issue is evident to prevent unauthorized transactions and provide peace of mind to our users.

Designing the Solution

User flow diagram

I created a user flow diagram to break down the process into discrete steps and to consider the user’s path and interactions and to have an overview of how the user will interact with all the screens from login till conclusion of their actions. The critical steps are outlined below.

Low fidelity design

I focused on sketching out my design concepts with pen and paper to explore multiple layout ideas and rapidly iterate my designs.

Interface design

After iterating with a several low fidelity sketches and wireframes to get a clear design direction and validation, I focused on creating a high-fidelity design consistent with clear colour schemes and typography to ensure user readability, intuitiveness and aesthetics.
